About The Company
Our mission is to create boundary-blurring spaces where students, travelers, mobile professionals, creative nomads and enterprising minds can connect and thrive in smart design co- living and co-working spaces.   Following the launch of co-working space TSH COLLAB, The Student Hotel is now a Complete Connected Community. The debut TSH COLLAB facility is located at our flagship hotel, The Student Hotel Amsterdam City, and offers flexi-desk space, dedicated offices, mini classrooms as well as access to an Olympic-size lap pool (SwimGym), a world-class gym, an auditorium, restaurant, constant connectivity, endless inspiration and excellent coffee. This is the final piece in our fully-integrated co-living and co-working world.    The Student Hotel will introduce membership-based workspaces and related perks to all our existing and new locations.   We will expand to 65 locations in 5 years time, with at least 17,550 rooms and over 620,000 square meters of co-living and co-working space in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, France and Germany making us the leading connected community hybrid provider in Europe.
About the Role

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
Ready to be the friendly tech hero everyone at HQ and our hotels relies on? As our IT Service Desk Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for any tech hiccups, helping our staff get back on track when systems or equipment act up. You’ll dive into tickets, troubleshoot issues, and learn the ins and outs of IT support in a vibrant, international environment. Along the way, you’ll pick up new skills, tackle real challenges, and grow your tech know-how. The team is supportive, cheerful, and always up for a laugh, so you’ll fit right in. You will join the team at our headquarters in Amsterdam for a period of 5-6 months, starting February 2027.

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
