About The Company
Our mission is to create boundary-blurring spaces where students, travelers, mobile professionals, creative nomads and enterprising minds can connect and thrive in smart design co- living and co-working spaces.   Following the launch of co-working space TSH COLLAB, The Student Hotel is now a Complete Connected Community. The debut TSH COLLAB facility is located at our flagship hotel, The Student Hotel Amsterdam City, and offers flexi-desk space, dedicated offices, mini classrooms as well as access to an Olympic-size lap pool (SwimGym), a world-class gym, an auditorium, restaurant, constant connectivity, endless inspiration and excellent coffee. This is the final piece in our fully-integrated co-living and co-working world.    The Student Hotel will introduce membership-based workspaces and related perks to all our existing and new locations.   We will expand to 65 locations in 5 years time, with at least 17,550 rooms and over 620,000 square meters of co-living and co-working space in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, France and Germany making us the leading connected community hybrid provider in Europe.

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, The Social Hub is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

  • Leverage our new Learning Management System (LMS) and support with the implementation of new processes, creation of automations and troubleshooting where needed to optimize training coordination.
  • Schedule and organize training sessions, such as global onboardings, from A to Z. This includes coordination, organizing speakers, arranging equipment, managing invites and the registration process, making room bookings etc.
  • Support the creation and development of learning materials such as slide decks, e-learning modules, and other resources to enhance learning experiences.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to help assess program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Participate and support in ongoing team projects.
  • Conduct research on current L&D trends to help keep our team informed and innovative.

  • You have a strong attention to detail and a critical eye.
  • You consider yourself pro-active and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You love letting your creativity flow and you’re eager to share your ideas.
  • Helping people develop service and people skills and supporting their growth is something that makes you tick.
  • You’re flexible to travel to the Amsterdam office 2-3 days per week. (travel costs are not reimbursed)

  • A first glimpse into the world of Hospitality with one of the most innovative players in the market.
  • Access to the amazing TSH facilities, including our awesome restaurant and gym. And did we mention you also get a discount on Hotel stays and Food and Drinks?
  • A wonderful workplace to call home with, dare we say it, fun colleagues.

At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiates best.

Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.
