Job Description

What You'll Bring

You're in the final stages of a bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Data/Process Management, IT, or Digital Transformation. You speak Business English fluently, and you're proficient in at least one of these languages: French, Danish, Dutch, Flemish, Finnish, Swedish, Spanish, Norwegian, Italian, or German. You're proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Microsoft Office — particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. You listen well, take ownership of tasks, and enjoy work that makes a real difference. A growth mindset and genuine curiosity are what set you apart.

What You'll Build

You'll support SAP's Sales Development and Account Executive teams in connecting with the right prospects at the right time. You'll explore digital prospecting techniques, learn how to prepare for conversations with C-level decision-makers, and develop skills in objection handling and account qualification. You'll build foundational knowledge in sales data management — profiling target accounts, understanding industry segmentation, and using reporting tools. You'll shadow Sales Developers in live customer interactions and learn how digital marketing signals surface high-potential prospects. You'll also help raise awareness of the internship programme through social media and university channels.

Where You Belong

You'll be part of SAP's Barcelona Digital Hub — one of SAP's fastest-growing centres, focused on Cloud adoption. The team brings together 28+ nationalities on a shared mission to grow SAP's presence among SMEs. This is a paid internship (€1,200/month gross) running for a minimum of six months at 39.5 hours per week. You'll have dedicated managers, a structured onboarding framework, and a strong local and global intern community behind you. This is a place to start your IT sales career, build real skills, and grow. Please note: a tri-party internship agreement with SAP via your university is mandatory under Spanish law.
