Job Description

  • Assists the Hygiene Team in monitoring hotel food health and safety practices and area cleanliness.
  • Maintains hygiene-related documentation and reports.
  • Supports the coordination with Culinary and Food & Beverage Teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Food Technology, Microbiology, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
  • Energetic and passionate about learning and professional growth.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a diverse and inclusive working environment.
