We are looking for a hands-on and curious AI & Automation Intern to join our Governance, Risk & Compliance team.
You will help us explore how artificial intelligence, automation and data analytics can transform the way we manage
risk, perform audits, monitor controls and generate insights.
This is a practical internship. You will build, test and improve real solutions using technologies such as Microsoft
Copilot, Claude, Power BI and Power Automate.

AI and agentic AI
● Prototype and test AI solutions and agents for selected GRC use cases.
● Use Microsoft Copilot and Claude for analysis, document review, reasoning and experimentation.
● Design, optimize and evaluate prompts and AI workflows.
● Document findings and recommend improvements.

GRC automation
● Identify repetitive GRC activities suitable for automation.
● Build and test workflows using Power Automate, Copilot Studio and related technologies.
● Integrate AI into processes where it creates measurable value.
● Document solution requirements, test results and user guidance.

AI-enabled Internal Audit
● Explore AI and automation opportunities across the audit lifecycle.
● Support automated analysis of audit data and evidence.
● Develop approaches to identify exceptions and anomalies.
● Contribute to audit testing, action follow-up and AI-assisted reporting.
Risk intelligence and continuous monitoring
● Develop automated monitoring for selected risks, controls, KPIs and KRIs.
● Use analytics to identify trends, exceptions and emerging risks.
● Explore anomaly and fraud-detection use cases.
● Create Power BI dashboards that provide clear, actionable GRC insights.
Power BI and data analytics
● Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and automated reporting.
● Structure, clean and validate data for AI and automation use cases.
● Use Excel and, where relevant, Python or SQL to support analysis.

AI testing and evaluation
● Develop reusable test cases for AI solutions.
● Compare outputs from Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
● Identify errors, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
● Document results and contribute to a repeatable testing approach.

AI prototype A working AI agent or AI-enabled solution for a defined GRC use case.
GRC automation Automation of selected manual GRC activities.
Power BI solution A dashboard providing actionable risk or audit insights.
Continuous
monitoring An automated risk, control or exception-monitoring use case.
AI testing approach Reusable test scenarios and evaluation criteria.
Opportunity pipeline A prioritized list of further AI and automation opportunities.

You are currently studying toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer
Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or
another relevant technology or quantitative discipline.

Core skills
● Power BI: dashboards, data visualization and analytical reporting.
● Microsoft Copilot: practical use of generative AI for analysis and problem-solving.
● Claude: analysis, reasoning, document review and AI experimentation.
● Generative AI: understanding of LLMs, prompting and evaluation of AI outputs.
● AI and automation: ability to identify opportunities and prototype solutions.
● Data analytics and Excel: ability to structure, analyze and interpret data.
Nice to have
● Copilot Studio, Power Automate or Microsoft Fabric.
