About The Company
Indorama Ventures acquired INVISTA’s North American polymer assets in 2011. Auriga Polymers produces polyester resins and specialty polymers currently used in bottles, trays, sheets, film and textile applications. Bottles made from Auriga’s resins are used for carbonated soft drinks, water, beer, juice, wine and food. Auriga owns the technology for the Crystal Clear Oxygen Barrier Resin, OxyClear®. About the Role

Job description:

  • Prepare and update global logistics reports to support the team's monitoring and coordination activities.
  • Assist the Booking & Transportation Team with logistics planning and transportation arrangements.
  • Support the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Team in preparing logistics invoices and domestic billing documents.
  • Assist the Import/Export Team with preparing and checking import and export documentation.
  • Coordinate and correspond with factories and relevant departments to support daily logistics operations.
  • Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by the team.

 

Qualifications

  • Thai or International Student are welcomed
  • At least 18 years old
  • Good command in English and Thai.
  • Studying in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is required.
  • Eagerness to learn new processes and develop new skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tasks, and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling logistics documentation and billing records.
