Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines : Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen. Rattaché à l’Acheteur Direct France, dans le cadre de ce stage, vous apportez votre support à l’équipe dans leurs initiatives quotidiennes:

  • Extractions et traitement de données (spend fournisseurs, analyse devis)
  • Enregistrement des fournisseurs, des contrats dans les bases de données
  • Support administratif tels que: Emailing, suivi des réponses fournisseurs, collecte d’information auprès des Opérations d’ALFI, etc.

Dans le cadre de certains projets Achats, vous participerez à la première étape de la stratégie:

  • Analyse de la situation existante, en lien avec les sites concernés (approche TCO)
  • Collecte des données, organisation et restitution
  • Analyse des offres fournisseurs et proposition de leviers de négociation
  • Proposition d’améliorations pour soutenir la stratégie Achat

Etudiant en Master avec une spécialisation Achats

Maîtrise des outils informatiques: Google Suite en particulier Google Sheet

Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais

Communication, ouverture d’esprit, capacité à travailler en mode projet

Appétences pour les chiffres et pour travailler dans les achats industriels

Capacité d’analyse de données, rigueur, capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en même temps.
