THE MISSION

Want to see how a fast-growing fintech decides which merchants to trust? Join our Risk team and find out.
We're looking for a student or recent graduate who is curious, proactive and happy to learn at speed. Key responsibilities areas of competence will be the following:

  • Track the health of our merchant portfolio, build reports, monitor the metrics and propose solutions to address real problems;
  • Dive into strategic projects that shape how we onboard and manage merchants, driven by real business needs;
  • Investigate merchants day to day, spotting suspicious patterns and emerging trends before they turn into losses and helping the team act fast.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

  • The first interview with the Hiring Manager to dive deep into your experiences and better understand your motivation;
  • A case study to test your hard skills;
  • A final chat with Simone, our CEO.
