Responsibilities

Job Description

Keysight Technologies is the world's leading electronic measurement company, helping engineers address their toughest technical challenges with confidence through innovative measurement science. Our employees leverage their insight and passion to develop and deliver solutions in networking, data center, wireless communications, automotive, energy, aerospace and defense, and semiconductor markets.

Challenge your engineering skills and have a fantastic time in the process! Keysight's Americas Sales Organization is seeking a talented and motivated Solution Engineer Intern to join our Network and Application/Security (NAS) team in Santa Clara. Our customers are the companies building the world's largest networks: network equipment manufacturers, chipset vendors, cloud providers, and hyperscale AI data center operators. We help them validate the networks that carry AI training workloads, cloud services, and global internet traffic. We like to refer to this as Hardware + Software + People (you!) = Insight.

For this internship, we are looking for rising seniors or graduate students who would like to build a long-term career with Keysight in a technical sales environment. This is a full-time internship during the summer of 2027. Continued part-time work before graduation is both possible and desirable. The primary location is our Santa Clara, California office.

During the internship, you will work alongside experienced Solution Engineers and:

  • Learn Keysight's network test portfolio, including traffic generation and AI data center test solutions
  • Build and run lab test topologies for protocol and performance validation
  • Support customer demonstrations and proof-of-concept testing
  • Write Python scripts to automate test execution and reporting
  • Join customer meetings to see how technical requirements turn into test solutions
  • Present a final project to the team at the end of the summer

This internship will grow both your technical skills and your professional relationships, and it will be tremendously rewarding for your long-term career.
