About The Company
Indorama Ventures acquired INVISTA’s North American polymer assets in 2011. Auriga Polymers produces polyester resins and specialty polymers currently used in bottles, trays, sheets, film and textile applications. Bottles made from Auriga’s resins are used for carbonated soft drinks, water, beer, juice, wine and food. Auriga owns the technology for the Crystal Clear Oxygen Barrier Resin, OxyClear®. Another benefit is enhanced research and development (R&D) capabilities with the integration of Auriga’s R&D with IVL’s existing facilities, including AlphaPet and StarPet.
About the Role

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop in-depth platform knowledge and serve as a platform superuser, supporting day-to-day operations, answering user questions, and helping users make effective use of platform features.
  • Support platform administration, including course setup, content uploads, user access, testing, troubleshooting, and feature enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain an Asana-based ticket tracking and reporting process to organize platform issues, monitor progress, and identify recurring problems and improvement opportunities.
  • Use AI tools to support course creation, including researching topics, drafting learning materials, developing assessments, and adapting content for the learning platform.
  • Generate creative content ideas and analyze existing learning content to identify gaps and opportunities to improve relevance, clarity, and learner engagement.
  • Assist in curriculum design, including defining learning objectives, structuring modules, sequencing topics, and developing learning activities and assessments.
  • Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Collect, organize, validate, and maintain data to ensure accuracy and consistency, and analyze findings to recommend improvements.
  • Assist with basic coding, testing, troubleshooting, and other technical tasks, and collaborate with the Digital Training team on digital learning projects.

 

Qualifications

  • Thai or International Student are welcomed
  • At least 18 years old
  • Good command in English
  • Studying in Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, IT Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IT concepts and basic coding or programming.
  • Practical experience using generative AI tools for research, with the ability to critically review and improve AI-generated outputs.
  • Strong interest in digital learning platforms, with the ability and willingness to develop deep platform expertise and become a go-to resource for users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies and digital solutions.
