About The Company
Indorama Ventures acquired INVISTA’s North American polymer assets in 2011. Auriga Polymers produces polyester resins and specialty polymers currently used in bottles, trays, sheets, film and textile applications. Bottles made from Auriga’s resins are used for carbonated soft drinks, water, beer, juice, wine and food. Auriga owns the technology for the Crystal Clear Oxygen Barrier Resin, OxyClear®. Another benefit is enhanced research and development (R&D) capabilities with the integration of Auriga’s R&D with IVL’s existing facilities, including AlphaPet and StarPet.
About the Role

Team Overview: The IVL Foundation develops and supports initiatives in education, healthcare, and community development to create positive impact for underserved communities

 

Job Descriptions:

  • Conduct background research to support the development of community projects.
  • Assist with community needs assessments, stakeholder mapping, and partner coordination.
  • Support the preparation of concept notes, project proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating workshops, field visits, and community activities, with opportunities to co-facilitate selected sessions.
  • Support project monitoring and evaluation by helping design surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing impact summaries.
  • Assist with day-to-day project coordination, documentation, and progress tracking.

 

Qualifications

  • Thai or International students are welcomed
  • At least 18 years old
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with Thai language proficiency considered an advantage. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Studying in Education, International Development, Community Development, Public Health, Psychology (Youth Development/Community Engagement), or a related field.
  • Strong interest in education, youth development, public health, or community development.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to prepare clear presentations and written reports with guidance.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Well organized, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); experience with Canva or AI tools is an advantage.
