About the Role

In practice: A Key Role at the Heart of Healthcare & AI Innovation

  • General Processes and Roadmap: Work directly within the Strategy & Operations team and with the Founders (CEO & CMO), to support and execute the development strategy that will ensure the company's long-term impact. Accompany the team in their daily mission to improve the processes of the company, manage the general roadmap, support strategic initiatives and foster operational excellence.

  • Navigate a Complex Ecosystem: Interact with a challenging environment (Hospitals, Industrial Partners, VCs, Regulatory Affairs) to build and refine our internal processes

  • 360° Missions: Take on from strategic brainstorming (competitive intelligence and market studies) to pure operations (setting up internal processes, tools, supporting Clinical solutions/Product/R&D teams), as well as strategic deep dives and project management on various topics such as infrastructure, AI & tooling enablement, and cyber security.

  • Contribute to the financing efforts: Join Raidium at a key strategic point, involving non-dilutive funding (French & European public grants) and equity fundraising (Series A)

  • Structure the RevOps stream: build and maintain the GTM and sales pipelines, manage the CRM, define and build KPI dashboards and revenue forecasts, and document the lead-to-contract process.

  • High Challenge & Responsibility: A unique opportunity for an ambitious student to take on high-level responsibilities and actively contribute to the growth of an early-stage AI-native Healthcare startup

  • Build Core Startup Skills: Develop and apply key skills across strategy, analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication.

About the company:

Raidium is developing the first 3D multimodal foundation model for precision radiology, delivered to radiologists in an AI-native PACS viewer. The initial use cases focus on clinical trial biomarkers in oncology, before expanding to the entire radiology workflow. Thanks to a 16M€ seed round raised in November 2024 and in anticipation of an upcoming Series A, Raidium is expanding its team.

Pierre Manceron, CEO, is a Centrale Paris + MVA engineer specialized in Applied Mathematics and Machine Learning, who previously led machine learning projects at Owkin.

Paul Herent, Chief Medical Officer, is a radiologist and former interne des hôpitaux de Paris, with a Cogmaster (ENS) and PSL background, and has published pioneering research on deep learning in radiology.

Together, our team combines medical, AI, and business expertise from top-tier schools (Polytechnique, CentraleSupelec, Ponts, MVA, Owkin, Cardiologs, Datadog, MVA) and  to revolutionize radiology through cutting-edge technology.
