About the Role

Wir sind eine Agentur aus Ingolstadt für anspruchsvolle Websites und digitale Projekte. Du arbeitest an echten Kundenprojekten mit, nicht nur an Übungsseiten. Unser Team arbeitet hybrid: orts- und zeitlich flexibel, fest im Team eingebunden, mit der Freiheit, verantwortungsvoll zu arbeiten.

Aufgaben

  • Mitentwicklung von Websites und Web-Apps mit JavaScript/TypeScript, Schwerpunkt React und Next.js; ergänzend Node.js und bei Bedarf NestJS (APIs/Backend).

  • Arbeit mit Headless CMS: Sanity und Payload (Content-Modelle, Queries/GROQ, Anbindung ans Frontend).

  • PHP dort, wo es ins Projekt passt (WordPress-Backend, Custom Themes/Plugins).

  • Umsetzung und Pflege von WordPress-Projekten inkl. Elementor.

  • Unterstützung bei Shops mit WooCommerce oder Shopify.

  • Testing, Go-Live, Deployment-Vorbereitung, Datenpflege und kleinere Bugfixes.

  • Dynamische Inhalte, Custom Post Types, Listings (WordPress/JetEngine oder im CMS mit Sanity/Payload).

  • SEO-Basics in der Umsetzung: Saubere Seitenstruktur, Meta-Daten, semantisches HTML, Performance und technische SEO-Grundlagen mitdenken

  • Enge Abstimmung mit UI/UX und Projektmanager

Qualifikation

Du passt gut zu uns, wenn du …

  • JavaScript sicher beherrschst und TypeScript lernen oder vertiefen willst.

  • HTML, CSS und responsive Umsetzung für dich selbstverständlich sind.

  • Lust auf Next.js und Headless CMS (Sanity/Payload) hast; WordPress/Elementor setzen wir je nach Projekt ein.

  • PHP und WordPress nicht scheust (Elementor, JetEngine; WooCommerce oder Shopify idealerweise schon gesehen).

  • Erfahrung mit Git mitbringst.

  • mit Kanban/Scrum klarkommst und Verantwortung im kleinen Team übernimmst.

  • Basiswissen zu SEO (z. B. Onpage, Core Web Vitals, Indexierung) ist Plus, keine Voraussetzung.

  • Eigeninitiative zeigst, ein Auge für saubere Umsetzung im Design hast und Fehlerkultur statt Perfektionsbürokratie magst (Obstkorb gibt es trotzdem nicht).
