Student Support (f/m/x) - Agile Delivery Retail and Marketing - Marketing Technology (25h/week)

We are looking for a proactive and organized student to support our Marketing Technology team. You will work closely with the Delivery Manager and a small team covering PMO and finance, service management, solution architecture and the active desk.

A key part of the role will be coordinating day-to-day interactions with our internal Procurement team, helping ensure that requests, documentation and follow-ups are handled clearly and on time. You will also gain insight into how technology delivery, services and procurement work together in a banking environment.

Your role with us on the team:  

• Coordinate and follow up on procurement-related activities for the Marketing Technology team, including requests, approvals, documentation and status updates
• Act as a point of coordination between the team and internal Procurement stakeholders, escalating open questions to the appropriate colleague
• Support PMO and finance activities, such as maintaining trackers, preparing reports, checking documentation and helping monitor budgets or invoices
• Assist the Service Manager with service-related coordination, quality controls and reporting
• Support the Solution Architect with administrative coordination
• Help the active desk with task tracking, communications and other agreed operational activities
• Maintain team documentation and shared lists, ensuring information is accurate and easy to find
• Identify opportunities to improve recurring coordination and administrative processes
• Contribute to the AI automation of our internal processes

What you bring to the table:

• You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in business, information technology, business informatics or a related field
• You are well organized, reliable and comfortable coordinating several tasks and stakeholders
• You communicate clearly and professionally in English; German is an advantage
• You are attentive to detail and handle information responsibly and discreetly
• You are curious about technology delivery, marketing technology, procurement or financial services
• You are comfortable asking questions, following up and raising issues when something needs attention
