About the Role
As an SAP ABAP Development Intern, you will build foundational expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA while contributing to a collaborative and technology-driven environment. You will work with experienced team members to solve problems, support transformation initiatives, and develop practical skills through hands-on learning and client-focused work.
This internship offers an opportunity to explore new technologies, strengthen your technical and professional capabilities, and contribute to initiatives that help organizations continuously improve.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of solutions using SAP ABAP Development for HANA under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions to identify practical solutions to technical and business challenges.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help clients adopt relevant agile practices and ways of working that support sustainable organizational change.
- Contribute to Business Agility capabilities by supporting the development and application of relevant assets and offerings.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to maintain alignment and progress on assigned activities.
- Participate actively in learning and development activities to strengthen technical, analytical, and professional skills.
- Share ideas, ask questions, and contribute to an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or another relevant field.
- Foundational problem-solving skills and an interest in analyzing technical or business challenges.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute effectively in a team environment.
- Interest in learning new technologies, methodologies, and ways of working.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks responsibly while seeking guidance when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SAP technologies or related enterprise application development.
- Foundational understanding of agile practices, continuous improvement, or organizational change.
- Previous academic, internship, project, or extracurricular experience involving software development or related technologies.
