Intern, Finance & Controlling - IQSIGHT

IQSIGHT is looking for a driven and analytical intern to join our Finance & Controlling team. This internship offers hands-on experience in business analytics, financial steering, and commercial strategy, including direct involvement in daily operations, month-end closing, process improvements, and strategic projects.

This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced finance & commercial leaders, gain visibility into executive-level decision-making, and contribute to projects that directly impact business performance.

What You Will Do

📊 Sales & Performance Analytics

• Support the sales forecasting and performance analysis process
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc management reports
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

💼 Commercial & Financial Steering

• Assist in pricing, discount analysis and governance
• Support credit management and compliance monitoring

🚀 Finance & Accounting

• Contribute to daily finance & accounting operations
• Support cash management and forecasting
• Perform cost analysis and help identify saving potentials

🔎 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
• Support various ad-hoc business analysis requests

What You Will Gain

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and other Microsoft Office applications; Experience in Power BI and Workflow Automation is a plus
• Comfortable working with data and translating numbers into insights
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Structured, proactive, and able to work independently
• Available for at least 4 months
