Du möchtest die Weiterbildung von Fachkräften und Auszubildenden aktiv mitgestalten? Bei uns organisierst du Trainings für Teams und Kunden und bringst deine eigenen Projekte von der Idee bis zum Launch. Bewirb dich jetzt und mach den Unterschied.

  • Im Rahmen deines Praktikums unterstützt du die Trainingsabteilung im Bereich der technischen Trainings.
  • Du wirkst an der Planung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Trainings und Schulungen für unsere internen Mitarbeitenden, Auszubildenden sowie für Kunden mit.
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson stehst du internen Lehrkräften, externen Trainingsanbietern und Seminarteilnehmenden kompetent zur Seite.
  • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reports, führst Analysen durch, leitest in Absprache entsprechende Maßnahmen ab und setzt diese um.
  • Darüber hinaus arbeitest du dich in unsere Lernmanagementsoftware ein und nutzt das System aktiv.
  • Du konzipierst und erstellst die unterschiedlichsten Kommunikationsmaterialien zur internen und externen Kommunikation unserer Academy. Das Spektrum reicht dabei von E-Mails über Webseiten bis hin zu Social-Media- und Social-Selling-Themen.
  • Selbstständig bearbeitest du eigene Projekte, wie beispielsweise die Erstellung eines Seminarkatalogs.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du bist eine eigenverantwortliche, kommunikationsstarke und kreative Person mit sehr guten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten
  • Arbeitsalltag: deine Präsenz vor Ort ist erforderlich
  • Begeisterung: für die Arbeit im Team
  • Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch
