The role:

Join our Quality team at our Auckland office for a 10-week paid internship, where you'll gain practical experience supporting global quality systems, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience working within a global Quality function, supporting initiatives that help maintain consistent quality standards, documentation and processes across our business.

You'll work alongside the Global Quality team on a range of projects involving quality management systems, documentation, training coordination and reporting.

More specifically, you will be involved in:

• Supporting the review and standardisation of Global Quality Management System (QMS) documentation within Veeva.
• Coordinating documentation updates and improvements across different business functions.
• Assisting with updates and rollout of the Global Quality Manual.
• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Global Quality Strategy initiatives.
• Helping coordinate quality-related training activities and maintaining training records.
• Assisting with quality metrics reporting, trend analysis and continuous improvement projects.
• Preparing presentations, reports and communication materials for global stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

• Currently studying Food Science, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline.
• An interest in quality management systems and continuous improvement.
• Strong written communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence working with documentation, data and different stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
