About the Role

Intern ‐ Human Resources & Administration 

(MAS Activewear - Thulhiriya)

The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. With a strong focus on innovation, MAS is advancing wearable technology that tracks fitness and workout analytics while blending advanced sportswear with fashion and aesthetic appeal. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently and promptly execute transport activities, ensure accurate payment to service providers, and reduce costs through cost-saving initiatives using technology system.
  • Coordinate and attend to transport related matters within the relevant vehicle fleet.
  • Continuously monitor all transport fleet maintenance by setting controls, tracking costs, taking corrective measurements, and adhering to vehicle insurance policies.
  • Ensuring data is maintained for transport cost reduction projects.
  • Ensure daily transport requirements of the employees are met effectively and efficiently whist adhering to company transport policies.
  • Maintain all required documents for the compliance audits.
  • Make sure that all the functions are adhere to the security procedure along with adhering to the SOPs.
  • Following and monitoring BOI and VMS procedures.
  • Regularly monitor and attend to activities pertaining to Facilities such as cafeteria management are completed on time and efficiently while ensure meals are served on time to the expected standards.
  • Assist with managing VIP and visitor meals are served according to the management expectations and standards.
  • Maintain pantry items with an accurate inventory check list.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

  • Pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Management from a recognized university of institution.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Good data analytics ability.
