The intern will perform aseptic procedures including cell culture, passaging, and freezing of tumor cell lines and organoids within a barrier system. They are also responsible for conducting routine in vitro pharmacological experiments and maintaining accurate laboratory records.

主要工作职责

  • 在屏障系统内，利用无菌操作，对肿瘤细胞系/组织/类器官等进行培养，复苏，传代，冻存等无菌操作；

·       经过培训，通过考核，能够进行常规的药物研究体外实验；

·       严格按照SOP进行实验操作，并能够及时准确地做实验记录；

·       保持实验室及工作区域干净整洁；

·       优质高效地完成项目任务，能够合理安排多个项目；

·       能够及时有效地与团队成员以及其它团队及部门的同事沟通合作，遇到问题及时向上级汇报；

·       在工作中严格遵守公司相关规章制度；

·       完成领导交付的其它工作；

 

教育背景及经验

  • 大专或本科学历，生物科学，生物技术，生物工程，药学等生物医药相关专业；

·       有细胞培养经验，或有体外药效学实验经验者优先；

·       对生物医药CRO行业有一定的了解者优先；

 

技能要求

·       良好的无菌操作，遵守实验室规章制度；

·       具有一定的分子生物学和细胞生物学背景，掌握多种肿瘤细胞生长特性者优先；

·       工作注重细节，安排合理，积极主动；

·       有较强的学习能力和实验动手能力；

·       具有优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

·       能阅读基本的英语材料；

·       熟悉Office软件中的Outlook，Word，Excel，PowerPoint等

·       汇报线：实验组长

·       合作伙伴： 项目负责人，上游或下游研发部门（如体内组，生物标记物组等），项目相关支持部门（如物流采购，项目管理等）
