AI Application Development Intern / AI 应用开发实习生

岗位职责：

你将负责

1. 系统运营与项目协调
2. 业务需求管理与项目进度跟踪
3. 低代码应用日常运维与持续优化
4. AI 应用及 Prototype 开发
   根据明确的业务需求，结合 Low-code 和 Coding 方式完成 AI Application、AI Agent、Workflow 等应用的 Prototype 开发、测试与迭代。随着能力提升，优秀实习生将有机会独立负责一个小型 AI Application 从需求到交付的完整过程。
5. AI 培训及项目材料准备
   负责协助准备 AI 相关培训材料、Demo、技术文档，以及 AI 项目的进度汇报、案例总结等内容，并持续沉淀可复用的知识和最佳实践。

参与并协助完成现有数字化系统及应用的日常运营工作，包括收集和整理变更需求、维护项目文档、整理会议记录、跟踪行动计划及后续事项等。在实际工作中主动发现问题、推动事项落地，并逐步熟悉业务流程、系统应用及相关协作团队。

以周为单位收集、整理和归类业务需求，维护和完善需求文档；主动与业务部门及相关职能团队沟通，跟踪数字化及 AI 项目的进展、反馈和后续行动，协助推动项目按计划落地。

负责团队现有 Power Platform 等低代码应用的日常运营和维护，包括用户反馈收集、问题排查、功能调整、测试及文档更新，保障应用稳定运行，并根据实际业务需求持续推动应用优化。

你将参与

1. 企业 AI Application / Agent 的设计与开发
   参与真实业务场景下 AI Application、AI Agent 和智能自动化解决方案的需求分析、方案设计、开发、测试和部署，理解从业务问题到技术解决方案的完整过程。
2. AI Agent 与 Workflow 开发
   参与通过 Low-code + Coding 的混合方式搭建 AI Agent 及自动化 Workflow，并探索 AI 与 Microsoft 365、SharePoint、Power Platform 及其他企业系统的集成。
3. 业务需求与 AI Use Case 分析
   与业务团队沟通实际痛点，协助将业务需求拆解为可落地的 AI Use Case，并通过快速原型验证技术可行性和业务价值。
4. AI 应用测试与持续优化
   参与 Prompt、Agent 行为、应用功能和用户体验的测试与评估，通过用户反馈和测试结果持续优化解决方案。

任职要求

我们希望你

• 计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学、信息管理、自动化等相关专业，本科或硕士在校生；
• 具备一定的编程基础，熟悉 Python、JavaScript / TypeScript 中至少一种；
• 对 Generative AI、LLM、AI Agent 和 AI Application Development 有强烈兴趣，并有较强的主动学习能力；
• 了解基本的软件开发概念，例如 API、数据库、Git 等；
• 具备较强的问题分析和动手能力，愿意将模糊的问题快速转化为可以运行的 Prototype；
• 具备良好的沟通、文档整理和团队协作能力；
• 每周可实习至少 3 天，连续实习至少 6 个月，可在上海 onsite 工作。

以下经验将成为加分项

如果你有以下一项或多项实践经验，我们会非常感兴趣：

• 使用过 GitHub Copilot、Cursor、Claude Code 等 AI Coding / Vibe Coding 工具，并能够借助 AI 快速完成 Prototype；
• 有 Power Apps、Power Automate、Copilot Studio等 Low-code / Agent 平台实践经验；
• 接触过 Azure AI Foundry 或其他企业级 AI 开发平台；
• 对 Prompt Engineering、RAG、Embedding、Vector Database、Tool Calling、MCP、Agentic Workflow 等概念有实践经验；
• 有个人 AI 项目、Hackathon、GitHub Project、课程项目或其他可以展示的 AI Application Demo。

我们不要求你已经掌握所有 AI 技术。
相比工具清单，我们更看重扎实的基础、快速学习能力、Hands-on 能力，以及能否真正把一个想法做成可运行的应用。

AI Application Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

What You Will Own

1. System Operations and Project Coordination
Support the day-to-day operations of existing digital systems and applications, including collecting and organizing change requests, maintaining project documentation, capturing meeting notes, and tracking action items and follow-ups. Take initiative in identifying issues and driving actions to completion while developing a solid understanding of business processes, applications, and cross-functional stakeholders.

2. Business Requirements Management and Project Tracking
Collect, organize, and categorize business requirements on a weekly basis, and maintain clear and structured requirement documentation. Proactively communicate with business teams and cross-functional stakeholders to track the progress, feedback, and next steps of digital and AI projects, helping ensure projects move forward as planned.

3. Low-code Application Operations and Continuous Improvement
Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the team’s existing low-code applications, including solutions built with Power Platform. Collect user feedback, troubleshoot issues, implement functional enhancements, conduct testing, and maintain documentation to ensure stable application performance and continuous improvement based on evolving business needs.

4. AI Application and Prototype Development
Develop, test, and iterate prototypes for AI applications, AI agents, and automated workflows based on defined business requirements, using a combination of low-code platforms and traditional coding. As capabilities grow, high-performing interns will have the opportunity to independently own a small AI application end-to-end, from requirements analysis and solution design to development, testing, delivery, and ongoing operations.

5. AI Training and Project Materials
Prepare and maintain AI-related training materials, demos, technical documentation, project updates, and use case summaries. Help capture reusable knowledge, templates, and best practices to support the team’s broader AI enablement efforts.

6. Emerging AI Technology Exploration and Rapid Validation
Explore emerging technologies, tools, and development approaches in Generative AI, AI agents, Vibe Coding, and AI-assisted development. Conduct rapid experiments, build prototypes and demos, and evaluate their potential value in real-world business scenarios.

What You Will Contribute To

1. Enterprise AI Application and Agent Design
Contribute to the requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment of AI applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions for real-world business scenarios. Gain hands-on experience in translating business problems into practical technical solutions.

2. AI Agent and Workflow Development
Help build AI agents and automated workflows using a combination of low-code platforms and traditional coding. Explore integrations between AI solutions and Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems.

3. Business Requirements and AI Use Case Analysis
Work with business teams to understand their challenges and translate business requirements into actionable AI use cases. Use rapid prototyping to validate technical feasibility and potential business value.

4. AI Application Testing and Continuous Optimization
Test and evaluate prompts, agent behavior, application functionality, and user experience. Continuously improve solutions based on user feedback, testing results, and application performance.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Management, Automation, or a related field.
• Foundational programming skills with proficiency in at least one language, preferably Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Strong interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and AI Application Development, with the ability and motivation to learn independently.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts and tools, such as APIs, databases, and Git.
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous ideas or business problems into working prototypes.
• Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Available to work onsite in Shanghai for at least 3 days per week, for a minimum internship duration of 6 months.

Preferred Qualifications

We would be particularly interested if you have practical experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Experience using AI Coding / Vibe Coding tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, to accelerate development and rapidly build prototypes.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or other low-code / agent development platforms.
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry or other enterprise AI development platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Tool Calling, MCP, or Agentic Workflows.
• Personal AI projects, hackathon experience, GitHub projects, academic projects, or other demonstrable AI application prototypes.

We do not expect you to have mastered every AI technology.
More than a long list of tools, we value strong fundamentals, rapid learning, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to turn an idea into a working application.
