About the Role

Vendôm Talents – Nouvelle opportunité - Apprenti Finance (F/H) - AREV Saint-Tropez

Vendôm vous propose une opportunité exceptionnelle en tant que Apprenti Finance (F/H) au sein de AREV Saint-Tropez

Missions Principales :

  • Établir un état de rapprochement bancaire, contrôle et saisie des opérations bancaires,

  • Compréhension du plan comptable

  • Pointage et lettrage des factures vs relevés de comptes.

  • Saisir les factures, codifier les factures dans le système comptable

  • Classement et rangement digitalisé des factures reçues ou émises

  • Tenue courante des comptes en comptabilité générale et en comptabilité analytique

  • Observation et accompagnement sur des missions plus techniques

  • Réaliser le suivi des activités administratives

  • Suivre des notes de frais,

  • Préparation des écritures d’inventaire (avec supervision)

  • Analyse simple des comptes (anomalies, incohérences)

  • Participation à la préparation de cloture de fin de mois

Profil recherché :

  • Connaissance en comptabilité générale, clients et fournisseurs

  • Connaissance sur les logiciels de comptabilité, PMS, P0S

  • Techniques d'inventaire

  • Utilisation d’Excel

  • Élaboration de tableaux de bord

  • Chiffrage/calcul de coût

  • Gestion des stocks et des approvisionnements

  • Rigueur, honnêteté & fiabilité

  • Respect des délais et des échéances

  • Méthode et organisation

  • Discrétion

  • Curiosité afin d'actualiser régulièrement ses connaissances.

  • L’Anglais serait un plus
