As a Medical Affairs & Medical Information Intern, you’ll join our Scientific Affairs team and gain hands-on experience supporting scientific activities that help ensure accurate, relevant and high-quality medical information across our self-care portfolio.

We’re looking for a curious, scientifically minded intern who wants to discover how Medical Affairs and Medical Information contribute to a global Consumer Healthcare business.

Working closely with your tutor and the wider Scientific Affairs team, you’ll support activities across key therapeutic areas and contribute to scientific projects involving OTC medicines, food supplements and medical devices.

From scientific literature research and Medical Information activities to the review of promotional materials and development of scientific communication, you’ll gain practical exposure to the different ways science supports our brands, healthcare professionals and the wider business.

Main responsibilities

• Support the Medical Affairs team across key therapeutic areas and ongoing scientific projects.
• Contribute to Medical Information activities, helping ensure accurate and high-quality scientific responses and materials.
• Support scientific projects related to OTC medicines, food supplements and medical devices.
• Conduct scientific literature research and support the review of promotional and communication materials.
• Contribute to the development of scientific communication, educational and training materials.
• Participate in internal meetings and cross-functional discussions, gaining exposure to how Medical Affairs collaborates with other areas of the business.
• Prepare analyses, reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to support Scientific Affairs activities.

• Work with different internal stakeholders and understand how Medical Affairs interacts with the wider business.
• Strengthen your skills in scientific research, critical thinking, communication and presentation.

About you

• You are currently completing, or have recently completed, a degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF).
• A Master’s degree or postgraduate specialisation in Medical Affairs, Healthcare Systems or Scientific Communication would be a plus.
• You have a strong interest in Medical Affairs, scientific communication and Consumer Healthcare.
• You are comfortable conducting scientific literature research and analysing technical information with accuracy and attention to detail.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are curious, proactive and eager to learn, with strong communication and organisational skills.
• You have a good command of English, at least B2 level.

What we offer

Location: Via Pola 9, Milan

Kick-start your eCommerce career with a 6-month internship starting in February 2027, with the possibility to extend for a further 6 months. Whether curricular or extracurricular, the internship offers hands-on experience within our eCommerce team and a €1,000 monthly allowance + ticket restaurant.

Hybrid working policy: 2 days per week remote working.
