About the Role

Role Summary

Join HubSpot’s LATAM Sales team as a Sales Intern and gain hands-on experience driving growth in one of our most dynamic regions. This internship is designed to provide deep exposure to key sales functions while supporting transformational initiatives and strategic priorities. You’ll work alongside experienced sales directors, contribute to meaningful projects, and build the foundational skills for a successful career in tech/SaaS sales.

Is this internship for you?

If you get excited by understanding how businesses grow, enjoy the challenge of persuasion and building relationships, and want to build a career where your results are visible and measurable, this is your starting point.

This role is designed for someone who genuinely wants to work in sales, not just learn about it from the sidelines. You'll be embedded in a regional sales team, working on real priorities that impact real numbers. The best fit for this role is someone who:

  • Finds energy in understanding customers, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
  • Is naturally curious about why deals are won or lost
  • Wants to develop commercial skills as well as analytical and operational ones
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by ownership

What You’ll Do

  • Support sales directors on high-impact initiatives across LATAM, with a focus on AI transformation and operational excellence
  • Enrich and analyze sales data to generate insights and drive smarter decision-making
  • Assist with lead generation efforts, including sourcing net new prospects
  • Manage logistics and planning for regional sales events and internal meetings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to accelerate sales effectiveness
  • Conduct industry research to identify market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
  • Drive internal communications and documentation that support team alignment
  • Act as a proactive problem-solver — think: a chief of staff in development— supporting strategic sales priorities
  • Shadow customer-facing calls to gain insight into the sales process and buyer journey

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Are enrolled at a Colombian-based university and able to commit to a full-time, 40-hour/week internship for 12 months
  • Familiarity or willingness to be curious and learn about AI tools and integrating into daily workflows
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback — coachability is key
  • Strong business acumen and bring an understanding of how sales organizations operate, or have a willingness to learn how a sales organization operates
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Coming from majors relevant to customer sales cycle (Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering)
  • Portuguese language fluency is a plus
  • Participation in student groups or clubs on-campus
  • Experience working with sales roles in the past or as a salesperson
  • Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)

Where You’ll Work

  • Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Remote eligible within Colombia)
  • Work type: Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote
  • Travel: Required for key intern events and team offsites

Application Requirements

  • Resume/CV must be submitted in English
  • Cover letters are not required

At HubSpot, we value both flexibility and connection. Whether you’re a Remote employee or work from the Office, we want you to start your journey here by building strong connections with your team and peers. If you are joining our Engineering team, you will be required to attend a regional HubSpot office for in-person onboarding. If you join our broader Product team, you’ll also attend other in-person events, such as your Product Group Summit and other gatherings, to continue building on those connections.
